ORDERING

    Ways to order:

• You may order online. You do not have to open a Paypal account to make purchases.
• Orders are processed within 3-4 business days which does not include shipping time.  During peak times processing may take an extra day.  E-checks will not ship until cleared.  Orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund once they are processed.
• You may call us toll free at 1-888-YOU-GO-GIRL (968-4644)  and use your credit card.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.  Credit cards will be charged when orders are placed.  E-checks will not ship until cleared.
• You may also send us your order with a check or money order to: You Go Girl Dancewear, 1230 Brownfield Road, Uniontown, PA 15401.  Simply print your shopping cart list.  Do not checkout.  Please allow extra time for you to receive your order so we may verify that your check has cleared.  There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
• Pennsylvania residents are charged 6% sales tax on taxable items.
• Fitting information is suggested as a guide and cannot be guaranteed.
• Order confirmation:  Paypal will send an order confirmation to you for your order.  Paypal is our processor and is responsible for sending our confirmations.  If you do not receive one, please contact us.  We will be happy to send one to you.  If you make your payment by credit card, and type your email address incorrectly you will not receive one and will have to request one at the correct email.

DELIVERY TIME

• Orders can take up to 4 business days to process which does not include shipping time.  Processing may take longer during peak times.  E-checks will not ship until cleared.
• Be sure to give us your required date!  There is a message section upon checkout.
• You Go Girl Dancewear cannot be responsible for any damages beyond the actual monies paid by the customer for the items ordered in the event of non-delivery.  We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, UPS etc. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING  (Domestic Charges)

• Small packages will generally be sent via USPS Mail, larger packages will be sent via UPS Ground.  To ship small packages via UPS Ground please add the following to your shopping cart:
• Some orders may be shipped via UPS depending on weight and destination.
• You Go Girl Dancewear ships Monday through Friday.
• Business days are considered to be M-F. The first day would be the first business day after the order has been placed.
   

• For International customers shipping rates will be applied upon checkout before payment is made.

RUSH ORDERING

• For rush orders there is an additional charge of $5.00.
• Please call for this option so that we can expedite your order quickly and check for shipping and delivery dates.

HANDLING

• Handling charges include the costs to help but not completely cover the following:  packaging fees (envelopes, boxes, shipping labels, packing slips, payroll for an employee to process the order, payroll for an employee to pack & ship the order.)  credit card fees, international exchange fees, transit from our site to the shipping company.
• There are no refunds for shipping and handling charges.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

• Yes, we ship same day overnight.  Please call us so that we may expedite your order quickly and check for availability.  Minimum order required.

BACKORDERS

• You will be notified of any back orders that cannot be filled within two weeks.  Backorders are shipped without any additional charges.  You pay shipping only once.
• Back orders will be shipped the same day as we receive them.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

• Prices and product availability are subject to change.
• Product colors may very due to computer monitors.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

• All refunds must be made within 15 days of receiving shipment.  Please call for authorization.  All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) written on the outside of the package.  All returns must postmarked within the 15 days.
• We do not accept returns for dancewear that has been worn.
• Merchandise sent back that was not purchased through You Go Girl Dancewear will be discarded.
• We do not accept returns for items damaged in any way from customer misuse.
• Dancewear exchanges - We do not do exact exchanges.  You must place a new order and return the item you are replacing.
• Items must be in their original box/bag with original tags.  Do not tape or apply anything to shoe boxes.  There is a $5 fee for all returned damaged boxes .
• Items considered "Special Order" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.  If defective, they will be replaced.
• Items returned that have been worn or not in its original condition will be discarded and will not be issued a refund or exchange.
• There are no refunds on shipping/handling charges.
• If the exchange is due to our mistake, we will refund the return shipping amount.  
• Any discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of actual delivery date.
• There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returns totaling more than $100.
• Allow up to 3 weeks for processing monies for your return.
• ALL TIGHTS, SPECIAL ORDERS, and CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES.  Certain items are also non-returnable and will be stated on the page of each item.  We cannot process returns for these items.  These items will be discarded upon return.
• Clothes must be returned with all tags intact. If any tags are missing, the merchandise will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.
• For sanitary reasons, undergarments of any kind are not returnable.
• All returns should be sent to:  You Go Girl Dancewear, 1230 Brownfield Road, Uniontown, PA 15401.  Do not ship via FedEx.  Your package will be undeliverable.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
